Ray Mono (Paul Raymond) cut his teeth in the trenches of Leeds’ legendary underground scene as the resident and promoter behind Mono_Cult. Years of mastering the warm-up and commanding proper rooms gave him a deep understanding of the night’s long arc—a expertise that translates seamlessly into his productions. Built around rolling drums, warm low-end, and locked-in grooves that never need to overcompensate, his sound has found a home on heavyweight labels like Locus, PIV Limited, META, and Pleasure Zone. For this special extended showcase, First Batch and DTDC bridge the gap between London and the District, bringing Ray's signature UK minimal and deep tech sound to a raw, undisclosed space.
